You can rent a private home with its own pickleball court like this one that has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 16 people!

Public Courts
There are a ton of free public courts! I personally like Durango Hills Park Pickleball Courts, 3548-3598 N Durango Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89129.
It's all doubles and they have 7 courts (5 up top, 2 down below) It's mostly 3-3.5 players with a handful of 4.0 players who tend to come a bit later around 9 am.
They start filling up around 8 am every day of the week, really nice people and you just put your paddle down and they'll pair you up with the next person in line.

Super Complex @ Sunset
The new Sunset park pickleball complex is amazing, however, it can be hard to get pick-up games in the evening as it tends to be lots of private groups who stick to themselves. Beautiful courts and lots of top players there on a regular basis.

Police Memorial Park Pickleball Courts - 3250 Metro Academy Way, Las Vegas, NV 89129
Plaza Hotel & Casino - Downtown Las Vegas, you can get rooms right there at the hotel and play in the evenings, the courts are a bit beat up but it's super cool playing on a rooftop downtown then having so many entertainment options at your fingertips.
